Banquet Hall & Reception Podiums

For banquet halls, reception venues & event centers

The podium in every wedding photo. Make it a good one.

A banquet hall podium shows up in every wedding toast, awards dinner, and fundraiser the venue hosts, and it's in the photos from all of them. The lecterns on this page were picked for that: solid hardwood that looks right under a chandelier, sound lecterns for the rooms where the house system doesn't reach, and aluminum podiums on casters that the banquet crew can move between the hall and the patio.

What banquet halls, reception venues, and event centers order most:

  • The Royal, the Conquest, and the Celebrity, compact solid hardwood lecterns in stains that suit the room
  • The 111PLS and the 800X Orator, sound lecterns with wireless mic options for the toast
  • The H2 Custom aluminum podium with a wood-grain top for venues with a modern room
  • The Graduate and the Senator for venues that host commencements and formal dinners

Every order ships free in the lower 48. Send your venue logo as a vector file and we'll apply it and send a proof before production. Quick Ship models are in stock for an opening that can't slip.

Common questions

What podium do banquet halls usually buy?
Most halls pick a hardwood lectern like the Royal, the Conquest, or the Celebrity for the look, and a sound lectern like the 111PLS or the 800X Orator for the rooms with no built-in sound. Venues that want one piece for both usually go with a sound lectern in a wood finish.
Does the podium have a microphone?
The sound lecterns do: built-in amplification with wired and wireless mic options. The hardwood and aluminum lecterns don't, but most have a shelf or a mount for your own gooseneck mic.
Can you put our venue logo on it?
Yes. Applied logos are available on most hardwood, aluminum, and acrylic models. Send a vector file (.eps, .ai or .pdf) and we'll send a proof before production.
How is a podium delivered to the hall?
Free in the lower 48. Larger hardwood and aluminum podiums arrive by freight on a pallet, fully assembled, so someone needs to meet the truck. Smaller lecterns ship by parcel carrier.
We're opening on a fixed date. What ships fastest?
Quick Ship models are in stock and leave within days. Made-to-order hardwood takes longer, and each product page shows its lead time.
