Delivered to your door by the carrier. Inspect the carton on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt so we can make it right quickly.
Assembly: Assembly Required
Covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. If a problem turns up, email sales@podiumsdirect.com with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange repair or replacement. Normal wear, misuse, and alterations made after delivery aren't covered. Freight damage is handled separately: note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
30-day returns. Request a return authorization within 30 days of receipt by emailing sales@podiumsdirect.com.
Returns carry a restocking fee (25% minimum on lecterns, 15% on PA systems and accessories) and must come back in original condition and packaging, freight prepaid.
