An accessible platform shouldn't stop at the ramp. A fixed-height lectern tells a seated speaker it wasn't built for them—this one was. The motorized aluminum frame moves the entire speaking surface through 13" of travel at the touch of a button, low enough to meet a presenter using a wheelchair at a natural working height and high enough for a standing keynote, so every speaker works from the same podium with no risers or add-on adapters.

That makes it the straightforward answer to ADA accessibility requirements in schools and universities, courtrooms and government facilities, churches, and conference centers: one lectern that serves every speaker with dignity instead of a workaround.

The details are built for real events, not just compliance. The extra-wide top carries shock-mounted XLR board mounts for microphones and cable grommets to keep wiring out of sight. A fold-down water shelf keeps a drink off the reading surface, and locking casters roll all 150 pounds into place without lifting—then hold it there. The height can even be adjusted from a phone over Bluetooth, so an AV tech can reset it between speakers without walking on stage.

WILL IT FIT YOUR STAGE?

The footprint is 36.5"W x 25"D at the base with a 40"W x 24"D top, and it weighs about 150 lbs. The reading surface travels from 28" to 41", with the overall height ranging from 34" to 47"—low enough for a seated speaker, tall enough that a standing one isn't stooping.

It ships fully assembled, crated, by freight truck. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment; once it's uncrated, the casters do the rest—roll it into place, plug it in, and it's ready.

Each one is custom built to order, so allow approximately 10–12 weeks from the date you order. For the same reason it cannot be cancelled or returned once it is in production.

PUTTING YOUR NAME ON IT

The front panel takes your logo two ways: a vinyl logo applied directly to the panel, or a 3D vinyl logo mounted on acrylic backing that stands off the surface for a more dimensional look. Send us vector artwork and we provide a mockup for approval before anything goes into production.
