Report a defect within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair or replace it at no charge. Normal wear, misuse, and alterations made after delivery aren't covered. Freight damage is handled separately: note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns & cancellations
30-day returns. Request a return authorization within 30 days of receipt by emailing sales@podiumsdirect.com.
Returns carry a restocking fee (25% minimum on lecterns, 15% on PA systems and accessories) and must come back in original condition and packaging, freight prepaid.
