AV & Event Production Podiums

For AV companies, staging & production firms

Podiums that travel in the truck and set in five minutes.

An AV company's podium goes in the truck on Monday, onto a ballroom stage on Tuesday and back to the shop on Wednesday, and it has to look new for the next client. The lecterns on this page are the ones production companies keep in inventory: clear acrylic with an open back for the wireless receiver, metal truss that breaks down for transport, and LCD and down-view lecterns for the corporate client who wants their logo on the front panel.

What AV, staging and production companies order most:

  • The clear open-back acrylic lectern and the 401S, light and mic-ready
  • Metal truss lecterns in black or silver, straight or curved, that break down for the truck
  • The K-5 LCD lectern for a client logo or slides on the front panel
  • The DVP2627 down-view computer lectern for presenters who run their own deck

Every order ships free in the lower 48. Outfitting a fleet across several markets? Ask for one written quote with the quantity and we'll price it as a single order.

The K-5 LCD lectern puts the client's logo or slides on the front panel; the DVP2627 keeps a monitor at the presenter's eye line.

Common questions

Which podiums do AV and staging companies stock?
The clear open-back acrylic lectern, the 401S and the metal truss lecterns in black and silver are the workhorses because they're light, look right under stage lighting and take a client logo on a removable panel. The K-5 LCD lectern is the upgrade for corporate clients.
Is there room for a wireless receiver and a laptop?
Yes. The open-back acrylic models have a shelf, the Aristocrat 600 has a keyboard tray, and the DVP2627 down-view lectern has a recessed monitor well with cable pass-through.
Can we put a different client logo on the front each week?
The simplest way is an acrylic lectern with a plain front panel and your own removable graphic. If you want a permanent applied logo, send a vector file and we'll apply it with a proof before production.
How do the truss lecterns ship and pack?
Truss and acrylic lecterns ship by parcel carrier, free in the lower 48. They break down for transport and reassemble without special tools.
Do you offer quantity pricing for a fleet?
Ask for a written quote with the quantity and we'll price it as one order. Companies outfitting several markets usually order the same spec across all of them.
