For most exhibitors it's a folding lectern like the 5898 or the Soundcraft folding lectern: they pack flat in the crate and set up in a minute. Booths that run scheduled presentations add a portable sound lectern or the K-5 LCD lectern for the screen.
How small does a portable lectern pack?
The folding models collapse to a few inches thick and fit in a standard booth crate or a carry case. The 70 portable lectern is a tabletop unit that fits in a checked bag.
Can we put our company logo on the front?
Yes. Applied logos are available on most acrylic and aluminum models. Send a vector file (.eps, .ai or .pdf) and we'll send a proof before production. The K-5 LCD lectern shows the logo on its screen instead.
Can it ship straight to the convention center?
Yes. Shipping is free in the lower 48, and we can ship to your booth builder, your advance warehouse or the show's marshaling yard. Give us the show name and the booth number for the label.
Do you have a podium with a built-in screen for demos?
Yes. The K-5 LCD lectern has a display in the front panel, and the H2W digital lectern has a built-in 43 inch screen for a larger booth.
