Most lecterns give you a front panel; this one gives you a 43" commercial screen. The H2W's entire front face is a UHD digital display in portrait orientation—sponsor loops before the keynote, your logo during the welcome, live slides while the speaker talks—so the podium itself becomes part of the show instead of the furniture in front of it.

It earns its keep anywhere the audience faces the speaker: conference centers and hotels, universities, corporate town halls, trade-show booths, and churches that want announcements running before the service. And because the screen is built into a real aluminum lectern—wide top, paper stop, water shelf—the presenter gives up nothing to the display.

The display runs itself. A built-in media player with 16GB of internal memory loops stills and video straight from a USB drive—press Home on the remote, open the Gallery, add your files—no laptop and no signage subscription. When you want live content instead, drive it over HDMI, DisplayPort, or DVI-D, or connect through the built-in Wi-Fi or LAN.

WILL IT FIT YOUR STAGE?

The footprint is 29.5"W x 18"D at the base, 31"W x 18.5"D across the top, and 47.5"H overall—and at 83 lbs, one person tilts it onto its casters and rolls it where it needs to be. The screen's active area is roughly 37"H x 21"W, so artwork sized for portrait display fills nearly the whole front of the lectern.

It ships fully assembled by freight truck, boxed on a pallet at about 125 lbs. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment; uncrate it, roll it into place, and plug it in.

Each one is custom built to order, so allow approximately 3–5 weeks from the date you order. For the same reason it cannot be cancelled or returned once it is in production.
