To return a product, please call Customer Service at 1-800-421-9678 for our RA procedure. Please confirm arrival of item, taking care to inspect the packaging and contents upon arrival, documenting any damage on the proof of delivery before accepting the shipment, and notifying us within 24 hours of arrival if any issues are uncovered. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
